These terms and conditions apply to the Shopping Calculator app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Milos Lukas Ziolkowski [MLZ] (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as an Ad Supported service.

Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.

The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.

Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are the links to the Terms and Conditions of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

Please be aware that the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for certain aspects. Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.

If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider’s agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the application, or other third-party charges. By using the application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, they assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.

In terms of the Service Provider’s responsibility for your use of the application, it is important to note that while they strive to ensure that it is updated and accurate at all times, they do rely on third parties to provide information to them so that they can make it available to you. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the application.

The Service Provider may wish to update the application at some point. The application is currently available as per the requirements for the operating system (and for any additional systems they decide to extend the availability of the application to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Unless they inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

Diese Nutzungsbedingungen gelten für die App Einkaufsrechner (nachfolgend „Anwendung“ genannt) für Mobilgeräte, die von Milos Lukas Ziolkowski [MLZ] (nachfolgend „Dienstanbieter“ genannt) als werbefinanzierter Dienst entwickelt wurde.

Mit dem Herunterladen oder der Nutzung der Anwendung erklären Sie sich automatisch mit den folgenden Bedingungen einverstanden. Wir empfehlen Ihnen dringend, diese Bedingungen vor der Nutzung der Anwendung sorgfältig durchzulesen und zu verstehen. Das unbefugte Kopieren oder Verändern der Anwendung, von Teilen der Anwendung oder unserer Marken ist strengstens untersagt. Versuche, den Quellcode der Anwendung zu extrahieren, die Anwendung in andere Sprachen zu übersetzen oder abgeleitete Versionen zu erstellen, sind nicht gestattet. Alle Marken, Urheberrechte, Datenbankrechte und sonstigen geistigen Eigentumsrechte im Zusammenhang mit der Anwendung verbleiben beim Dienstanbieter.

Der Dienstanbieter ist bestrebt, die Anwendung so nützlich und effizient wie möglich zu gestalten. Daher behält er sich das Recht vor, die Anwendung jederzeit und aus beliebigem Grund zu ändern oder für seine Dienste Gebühren zu erheben. Der Dienstanbieter versichert Ihnen, dass Ihnen alle Gebühren für die Anwendung oder ihre Dienste klar mitgeteilt werden.

Die Anwendung speichert und verarbeitet personenbezogene Daten, die Sie dem Dienstanbieter zur Verfügung gestellt haben, um den Dienst bereitzustellen. Es liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung, die Sicherheit Ihres Telefons und den Zugriff auf die Anwendung zu gewährleisten. Der Dienstanbieter rät dringend davon ab, Ihr Telefon zu jailbreaken oder zu rooten. Dabei werden Softwarebeschränkungen und -einschränkungen des offiziellen Betriebssystems Ihres Geräts entfernt. Solche Aktionen könnten Ihr Telefon Malware, Viren und Schadprogrammen aussetzen, die Sicherheitsfunktionen Ihres Telefons beeinträchtigen und dazu führen, dass die Anwendung nicht richtig oder überhaupt nicht funktioniert.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Anwendung Dienste von Drittanbietern nutzt, die ihren eigenen Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen unterliegen. Nachfolgend finden Sie die Links zu den Nutzungsbedingungen der von der Anwendung genutzten Drittanbieter:

Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Dienstanbieter für bestimmte Aspekte keine Verantwortung übernimmt. Einige Funktionen der App erfordern eine aktive Internetverbindung, die über WLAN oder Ihren Mobilfunkanbieter bereitgestellt werden kann. Der Dienstanbieter übernimmt keine Verantwortung, wenn die App aufgrund fehlenden WLAN-Zugangs oder aufgrund Ihres aufgebrauchten Datenvolumens nicht mit voller Kapazität funktioniert.

Wenn Sie die App außerhalb eines WLAN-Bereichs nutzen, beachten Sie bitte, dass die Vertragsbedingungen Ihres Mobilfunkanbieters weiterhin gelten. Daher können Ihnen während der Verbindung mit der App Gebühren Ihres Mobilfunkanbieters für die Datennutzung oder andere Gebühren Dritter entstehen. Mit der Nutzung der App akzeptieren Sie die Verantwortung für derartige Gebühren, einschließlich Roaming-Datengebühren, wenn Sie die App außerhalb Ihres Heimatgebiets (d. h. Ihrer Region oder Ihres Landes) nutzen, ohne Datenroaming zu deaktivieren. Wenn Sie nicht der Rechnungszahler für das Gerät sind, auf dem Sie die App nutzen, geht der Dienstanbieter davon aus, dass Sie die Zustimmung des Rechnungszahlers eingeholt haben.

Ebenso kann der Dienstanbieter nicht immer die Verantwortung für Ihre Nutzung der App übernehmen. Sie sind beispielsweise dafür verantwortlich, dass Ihr Gerät stets aufgeladen ist. Sollte der Akku Ihres Geräts leer sein und Sie nicht auf den Dienst zugreifen können, übernimmt der Dienstanbieter hierfür keine Haftung.

In Bezug auf die Verantwortung des Dienstanbieters für Ihre Nutzung der Anwendung ist zu beachten, dass er zwar stets bemüht ist, die Anwendung aktuell und korrekt zu halten, jedoch auf die Bereitstellung von Informationen durch Dritte angewiesen ist, damit er Ihnen die Anwendung zur Verfügung stellen kann. Der Dienstanbieter übernimmt keine Haftung für direkte oder indirekte Verluste, die Ihnen dadurch entstehen, dass Sie sich ausschließlich auf diese Funktionalität der Anwendung verlassen.

Der Dienstanbieter kann die Anwendung gegebenenfalls aktualisieren. Die aktuelle Verfügbarkeit der Anwendung kann sich ändern, da sich die Anforderungen des Betriebssystems (und aller weiteren Systeme, für die die Verfügbarkeit der Anwendung erweitert wird) ändern können. Sie müssen die Updates herunterladen, wenn Sie die Anwendung weiterhin nutzen möchten. Der Dienstanbieter garantiert nicht, dass die Anwendung stets aktualisiert wird, sodass sie für Sie relevant und/oder mit der auf Ihrem Gerät installierten Betriebssystemversion kompatibel ist. Sie erklären sich jedoch damit einverstanden, Aktualisierungen der Anwendung stets zu akzeptieren, wenn diese Ihnen angeboten werden. Der Dienstanbieter kann die Bereitstellung der Anwendung jederzeit einstellen und ihre Nutzung ohne Benachrichtigung an Sie beenden. Sofern Sie nichts anderes erfahren, erlöschen bei einer Kündigung (a) die Ihnen gemäß diesen Bedingungen gewährten Rechte und Lizenzen; (b) müssen Sie die Nutzung der Anwendung einstellen und (falls erforderlich) von Ihrem Gerät löschen.

Änderungen dieser Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen

Der Dienstanbieter kann seine Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen regelmäßig aktualisieren. Wir empfehlen Ihnen daher, diese Seite regelmäßig auf Änderungen zu überprüfen. Der Dienstanbieter wird Sie über Änderungen informieren, indem er die neuen Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen auf dieser Seite veröffentlicht.

Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten ab dem 31.08.2025.
